Business Development Representative – German speaker (f/m/d)

What We’re Looking For:
The Business Development Representative (BDR) will partner with Sales, Marketing, and other functional groups to develop and implement processes and practices into boosting our sales performance. For this we are seeking a motivated, career driven BDR who has a passion for finding and developing new business opportunities for our SaaS solution. Your job will include cold and warm calling, attending networking events and trade fairs and sending strong email communication to engage and secure new sales accounts. Together with the team, you will develop and execute on strategies to enable you to consistently create target prospect lists and meet monthly targets. The goal is to position Customer Alliance solutions based on target industry verticals and book sales meetings for your country sales manager.

Your Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire pre sales lead qualification process to support our sales team
• Research new prospects, build the pipeline of potential leads
• Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email and other creative channels
• Understand our potential customer’s existing pain points and processes regarding customer satisfaction management
• Book sales meetings with qualified leads
• Together with the sales team evaluate the approach to creating strong sales pipelines

We Expect:

• Role is based in Berlin
• Exhibit creativity and tenacity in approaching outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn, video, social) efforts
• Energetic, upbeat, and tenacious team player
• Ability to remain focused for long periods of time

• University degree not required
• > 1 year experience in sales or sales development
• German speaking with strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Experience in approaching cold and warm leads via Phone, Email, Social Media

Nice to have
• Italian or Spanish Language Skills
• Prior experience with SugarCRM, Hubspot and other prospecting tools
• Technical understanding of SaaS products and business workflows
